Scott Estes is known around these parts for his local Meat Markets; Clay’s and Baby Clay’s. Scott brings his passion into every idea he has (most of them dreamt the night before and made into reality the following day) Including his infatuation for BACON!!! The love is so real, he has dedicated an entire meat case at Baby Clay’s to “everything wrapped in bacon”… basically, if you don’t like it, wrap it in bacon! 

Scott Estes has been counting down the days to the next Bacon Bash Texas. So keep an eye out for the guy in the fishing shirt, if he doesn’t have a beer in each hand… you got the wrong guy.
