Bacon Bash Texas launched its very first bash on November 10, 2012 at The Horny Toad in Cranfills Gap, Texas. Twenty bacon-loving teams fired up their grills, ticket holders filled their commemorative cups with bacon and beer, and Back Door Catering Co. took home the inaugural title with their Bacon Wrapped Chicken Diablo and Jalapeño Cream-Style Corn.
