We first heard of Bacon Bash in 2017 and had to see what the fuss was all about, and boy did we. We had a great time, and immediately started coming up with recipe ideas. At the time, we didn’t even have a team together… but we were already dreaming about bacon. Justin is our BBQ connoisseur, and the only one who has competed in cook-offs. By day he handles construction at 3 Springs Ranch, but in his spare time he can be found smoking up the best BBQ you’ve ever had. John and Kalin are our business professionals who just so happen to be great cooks. They kicked off our first hunt season with some delicious dishes that had our hunters booking for the next year before they even left. Julia manages the ranch on a day-to-day basis and loves to eat. Together, we have some wild ideas for BB 2018 and can’t wait to show everyone what 3 Springs Ranch can do.
