Brett Barry

Brett Berry is a Texas boy from Granbury originally and now resides in our state’s capitol, Austin. With a long history in the hospitality business, he is now the Operating Partner at Rustic Tap on West 6th Street. Home of great Texas Country acts, the hottest, goodest crawfish you can legally buy, and a staff that rewrote the book on Southern Hospitality. This is his first Bacon Bash event but he has been preparing since processing his first Blue Butt pig “Snowflake” at 5, simply replying, “tastes damn good.”
