Ingredients
  1. 1 Pork Tenderloin
  2. 16 oz Pederson's Natural Farms Bacon
  3. 10 oz Cream Cheese
  4. 1/4 c Jalapeños
  5. 1 c Willie's Mango Chutney
  6. Salt & Pepper
  7. 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
  1. Pound out pork tenderloin and stuff with cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, mango chutney, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  2. Roll up tenderloin and wrap with a lattice of bacon.
  3. Glaze with mango chutney.
