Ingredients
  1. Mini Flour Tortillas
  2. Prosciutto Cheese
  3. Pederson's Bacon
  4. Smoked Pork Butt
  5. Gruyere Cheese
  6. Pickle Spear
  7. Pork Sauce
  8. Salsa
Instructions
  1. 1. Smoke your own pork butt or get some store bought
  2. 2. Oven bake or fry to crispy your Pederson's bacon
  3. 3. Shred Gruyere cheese
  4. 4. Warm tortillas
  5. 5. Take one warm flour tortilla, place one slice of prosciutto cheese on tortilla.
  6. 6. Cut bacon slice in half and place side by side on cheese slice
  7. 7. Place about 4 oz. of shredded pork on bacon
  8. 8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese
  9. 9. Place pickle spear on cheese and drizzle with pork sauce or salsa for an extra kick.
