  1. 10 lb pork belly
  2. 1 slab Pederson's bacon
  3. Pork barrel BBQ rub
  4. Your favorite BBQ sauce
  1. 1. Smoke pork belly for 3-4 hours or to an internal temp of 180 degrees
  2. 2. Take out and slice into cubes
  3. 3. Wrap pork belly cubes in bacon and smoke for another hour
  4. 4. Take wrapped pork belly out, sauce it, and back in for another hour
  5. 5. Take 'em out and eat 'em!
