Ingredients
  1. 4 cups Miso
  2. 2 lbs Honey (6 cups)
  3. 750 mL Brandy
  4. 30 egg yolks
  5. 1 cup Yuzu
  6. 3 qts Bacon Fat
  7. Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Whisk egg yolks over a double boiler. Slowly whisk in bacon fat and yuzu season with salt to taste.
