Ingredients
  1. 1 lb cooked, chopped bacon
For crust
  1. 4 oz cream cheese
  2. 1/2 C butter
  3. 1/2 bacon fat
For syrup filling
  1. 2 Tbsp bacon fat
  2. 2 C brown sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 Tbsp bourbon
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix crust ingredients together and chill
  2. 2. Press chilled dough balls into mini muffin cups
  3. 3. Fill cups with chopped bacon
  4. 4. Add syrup filling over bacon
  5. 5. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
  1. This may be made in to 20x30 inch sheet pan covered in bacon and syrup baked at 350 for 20 minutes.
