Ingredients
  1. 2 C elbow noodles
  2. 4 C milk
  3. 1 C white cheddar
  4. 1 C sharp cheddar
  5. 1 C fortina cheese
  6. 2 C white velveeta
  7. 2 C chopped pulled pork
  8. 2 C minced bacon
  9. 1 pkg ranch mix
  10. 1 C vinegar
  11. salt and pepper to taste
  12. 2 C Panko
  13. 2 C micro greens garnish
Instructions
  1. 1. Pre-boil noodles and chill them- reserve for later
  2. 2. Warm 2 C milk and velveeta together until combined
  3. 3. Add cheeses to milk sauce
  4. 4. Combine mixture with noodles
  5. 5. Add chopped bacon and pulled pork
  6. 6. Chill until solidified
  7. 7. Scoop out with 1 1/2 oz ice cream scoop
  8. 8. Roll in panko and deep fry until golden brown
For ranch
  1. Combine ranch package, 2 C milk, vinegar, salt and pepper, and greens garnish. Chill and reserve for serving.
