Cheese Buffalo Chicken Bombs

  1. 1 ½ cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
  2. 3 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
  3. 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  4. 1 can”Grands” biscuits
  5. 5 slices of Pedersons Bacon
  6. 5 oz cheese, cut into 10 cubes
  7. Dipping Sauce-
  8. Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch pack
  9. 1 Tbsp Bacon Grease
  10. Jalapenos
  11. Cilantro to taste
  1. Heat 2 inches of oil to 375f. In small bowl mix chicken, sauce, ranch dressing and tossing to coat chicken. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press each into a flat round, cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise. To make each bomb, place 1 large tablespoon of chicken mixture into center of flattened biscuit. Top with 1 cheese cube. Pull edges of biscuit up and over filling, pinch seams to seal. Wrap 1 half slice of bacon around bundle. Secure with toothpick. Gently place in hot oil and fry 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Drain well on paper towel and serve warm.
