Ingredients
  1. Kosher salt & cracked black pepper
  2. 1 lb elbow macaroni
  3. 4 cups milk
  4. 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  6. 3 tbsp flour
  7. 3 1/2 cups smoke Gouda cheese
  8. 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  9. 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
  10. 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  11. 14 slices Pederson's Natural Farms Bacon, cooked & chopped
  12. 1 lb ground chuck, 80/20
  13. 1/2 lb smoked brisket, chopped
  14. 1/2 lb smoked pork butt, chopped
  15. Slider Buns
Instructions
  1. Bacon Mac N' Cheese
  2. Add macaroni to pot of boiling salted water.
  3. Cook until soft. Drain. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour, garlic & cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  5. Add milk, whisk until smooth.
  6. Add 4 cups of cheese, cook until melted. Season with salt & pepper.
  7. Add macaroni, green onions, mix well.
  8. Put into baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly. Scatter bacon crumbles over macaroni.
  10. Smoked Brisket-Pork Butt Bacon Burger
  11. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  12. Combine all meat into large bowl.
  13. Form into 3 ounce patties.
  14. Season with salt & pepper.
  15. Cook on grill until crust is formed, 4 minutes per side.
  16. Put on buns, top with Mac N' Cheese.
  17. Serve.
